Pumpkin Spice Latte's

SPICED PUMPKIN LATTE'S

- 2 Cups Milk [If your lactose intolerant, like me, use Soy or Lactaid]

- 2 tbsp canned pumpkin

- 1-2 tbsp sugar [To your own tastes]

- 1.25 tbsp vanilla extract

-3/4 tsp Cinnamon

-1/4 tsp ground ginger

-1/4 tsp nutmeg

-1/4 cup freshly brewed espresso or 2/3 cups strong coffee [I recommend Cafe Pilon [its a Spanish coffee] for the strong coffee option]


DIRECTIONS:

In sauce pan combine milk, pumpkin, and sugar. Cook on medium heat, stirring until steaming. Bring to a boil and stir in vanilla extract and the spices. Transfer to blender and process until foamy. Pour in coffee. Add cinnamon or whip cream on top.
