Physical Appearance: He has the athletic build of an elf, and eyes of his father. His hair is black, as he takes from his mother. He is about 5'6" tall. He doesn’t have the pointed ears of an elf, but he has some of the magical ability.
General Attitude/Personality: He has a smart-mouth and a short temper. He has no fear in telling someone what he thinks of them, and doesn’t care about repercussions. He tends to get into trouble, and likes to start fights. He isn’t a bad kid, just has the need to screw with his father by getting into trouble.

History: Renji was born a bastard child. Looked down upon by his mother’s family, he was never told anything about his actual father. But he watched his mother for years. He knew she was still in love with the man who’d gotten her pregnant. She told him that it was her fault he wasn’t around, but he was still annoyed. Why did she put herself through that? She refuses to marry, though she did try dating. She was disowned, but she never looked sad about it. Occasionally he would catch her staring out the window, tears rolling down her cheeks.
At nine, there was an accident. A gas leak in the apartment complex he and his mother lived in. his mother went to make dinner, and the spark to light the stove set off an explosion. She was killed. He was hit, but not emulated. The blast threw him across the room and he smashed into the wall, striking his head and causing severe bleeding. The next thing he knew, he was waking in a hospital. It was two days later. He was told what had happened, and about the loss of his mother. He remembered screaming and crying, attacking the doctors and saying they were lying.
A few days later, a man came in. He looked to be in his twenties or thirties. His eyes were stunning blue and his hair was silver. He introduced himself as Ren’s father. One look at those eyes, and he knew it wasn’t a lie. This was the man who he’d wondered about all his life. Kyoya took him in, raising him without complaint or doubt.
As he grew older, he began to cause problems. He got into trouble, started fights, and drank. His father would seem annoyed, but he always dealt with it. The boy learned the other half of his heritage, and began to learn ways to make use of his abilities. When his father agreed to work for a school, he decided to tag along, as a student.
